RETURNS: If an item arrives damaged, please return item. Once item has been recieved, a replacement will be sent.
REFUNDS: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item. It must arrive in it's original condition. Items that are received scratched, torn, and/or stained will not qualify for a refund.
SHIPPING:
Processing time is about 2-3 weeks.
Shipping for small paintings, prints, and notecards will be sent through USPS. Tracking number will be sent once item(s) have been shipped.
Large original paintings will be sent through FedEx, insured and tracking number will be sent once item has been shipped.
FOR COMMISSIONS:
DEPOSITS: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before the process can begin. Balance is due before shipping can occur.
PAYMENTS & SHIPPING: Balance must be paid in full before shipping can occur.
CANCELATION & REFUNDS: Let's say that we are down to the last revision (or an extra one was given), and you feel that I am not portraying your idea correctly. Then it is best to shake hands and go our own way. It occasionally happens, sometime artist and client aren't a good match, and that's ok. I will refund you your money, and sell your painting on my lovely shop.
Refunds will not given once painting has been approved and shipped.
RETURNS: Returns will not be accepted for any reason.

All of my work is copy righted. Please do not take my images and post them as your own. Pinning, facebooking, and twittering these images are acceptable for personal use only. You are not allow to reproduced these works in any media without my permission. Nor are these available for resell.
