A Proust Moment with Cynthia
Let me introduce you to Cynthia, one of my BFF's and college roommates. Last week, she invited me to the MET for a private viewing of the Alexander McQueen exhibition, I was beyond thrilled and couldn't pass this opportunity. We had the whole museum to ourselves- felt like we were special! I had to blog about Cynthia since she reminded of a modern Audrey Hepburn with her demure style. Cynthia is also a fashionable world traveler, loves to do charity work, and is into the world of the arts like I am! No wonder we get along so well :)

was an amazing young activist, photographer, journalist, world traveler and artist and was killed at the tender age of 22 in Mogadishu Somalia by an angry mob. I am so intrigued by his work that I am going to have to do a separate blog posting about Dan and his work.
