Doming at the Tides Hotel

As you all know, my favorite Interior Designer is Kelly Wearstler for her gutsy and sassy style.  I had the pleasure to visit the Tides Hotel in Miami and I was in heaven.  Every detail of the decor was superb.  As a dome chair lover and searching religiously for a reasonably priced pair for my apartment, I was in cloud 9 to be able to sit in the ones at the Tides.  One of my ideas has always been that a guy doesn't even need to give me an engagement ring, but buy a pair of these chairs, and it's a wrap! So any guys reading this, hint hint! LOL

I love the juxtaposition of colors, prints, materials, and different furniture styles! The long mirror credensa was one of the largest ones I have ever seen.  I bet Kelly got it custom made!

Love the metallic cowhide chair and the brass sculptural lamp.

I was relaxing like I was right at home....can I move in?

The dining room was gorgeous....look at those chairs with the spiral knotted effect all over! Aren't they beautiful?

Neutral effect at it's best!

I seriously sat on every seat at The Tides...there was enough for my whole family to sit down.

The collection of tortoise shells was amazing...I was loving all the colors and textures!

This brass Sculpture hanging on the wall was beyond incredible with detail! I have lots more pictures of the Tides, maybe I will do another posting soon.
